Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end podcast marketing process from guest outreach to publishing and promotion (training provided).
  • Identify and secure high-quality podcast guests aligned with MediaNV’s growth goals.
  • Oversee content coordination including basic editing, show notes, webpage updates, and content repurposing.
  • Drive audience growth through email marketing, social media promotion, and guest collaborations.
  • Create supporting marketing assets such as downloadable resources, graphics, and short video clips.
  • Monitor podcast performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase downloads and engagement.
  • Maintain organized tracking systems, content calendars, and internal reports.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to implement growth initiatives and improve lead generation outcomes.

Education Qualification: Any Graduate

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong outreach and professional messaging ability
  • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Zoho, Asana, and spreadsheets is an added advantage
  • Ability to manage recurring processes independently
  • Comfortable communicating with US-based professionals

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
