Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable VOIP applications and services
● Build and manage real-time call handling systems using Node.js / NestJS
● Develop and integrate IVR systems and call workflows
● Work with SIP-based communication systems and WebRTC technologies
● Integrate third-party VOIP providers (e.g., Twilio or similar platforms)
● Manage and optimize VOIP servers and PBX systems
● Participate in architectural decisions for VOIP infrastructure and backend systems
● Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize call quality and system performance
● Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems
Technical Requirements:
● Strong expertise in Node.js, including deep understanding of its internal architecture
● Experience with NestJS framework
● Hands-on experience with VOIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
● Strong experience in VOIP integration with Node.js
● Working knowledge of VOIP servers and PBX systems such as:
○ Kamailio
○ FreeSWITCH
○ Asterisk
○ OpenSIPS
● Experience with SIP.js and browser-based calling solutions
● Ability to build and manage IVR systems and call flows
● Strong understanding of real-time communication systems
Database Skills:
●Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
● PostgreSQL is mandatory, with expertise in:
○ Query optimization
○ Database design and architecture
○ Performance tuning
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
● Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Familiarity with telecom billing systems and call analytics
● Experience in high-concurrency and low-latency systems

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
