Angelique Swann is the Co-Founder & Vice President of implantEMPOWERMENT and the driving force behind the system that helps practices proliferate in the AOX marketplace.
With experience consulting for powerhouse firms such as Pritchett & Associates and Dick Grote’s Performance Systems Corporation, her robust background in mega-pharma, biotech and medical device clincal trials recruitment informs her work and drives her understanding of consumer buying preferences.
Angelique developed her dental knowledge as an implant sales and marketing executive with goliaths like Clear Choice Dental Implant Center, Nobel Biocare, and The Straumann Group. She has experience working with Manufacturers, DSO’s, and private practices around the United States, Europe, and in Saudi Arabia.
Angelique is the author of The AOX Culture Shaper curriculum at implantEMPOWERMENT, and is Lead instructor at the Level-Up Learning Institute in Atlanta. She lectures and coaches helping practices create productive & profitable AOX cultures.
Patti Williamson
Director of Practice Implementation Services
Patti has helped practices across the U.S. increase their implant case acceptance in various senior sales and management positions at implant manufacturers including Nobel Biocare and Zimmer. She draws upon her 27 years of experience in the dental implant space sharing real-life experiences and best practices from Sales, Marketing, and Practice Management.
A national lecturer on improving implant production and AOX case acceptance, Patti has extensive experience facilitating practice-growth workshops for dentists and their teams. Certified in Situational Leadership, DISC Personal Assessment, Leadership Essentials, and Problem-Solving Process, Patti utilizes tools and techniques that drive real change.
Patti lives in New Jersey and enjoys hiking and spending time with her 4 kids and dog. She is an avid Philly sports fan who loves the Jersey Shore.
Brian Lindke, CDT
Co-founder & Chief Lab Officer
Brian Lindke is the owner of SYNrG Lab in Buford, Georgia and is the co-founder and Chief Lab Officer at implantEMPOWERMENT. Brian specializes in full digital workflows for immediate load and Early load implant dentistry. He is a leading Implant resource to labs, restorative doctors as well as oral surgeons and periodontists. At labEMPOWERMENT he teaches partners digital workflow technology for planning, guides, provisionalization and definitive final restorations.
Brian works side-by-side with world-renowned clinicians and technicians and maintains membership in several prestigious organizations including The Kois Center, Spear Academy, Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American College of Prosthodontists, American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a Recognized Specialist at the Kois Center and a founding board member of Kois Study Club Atlanta.
A key instructor for ITXPros, InstaRisa, Anaxdent and 3DSystems among others, Brian maintains an active teaching schedule both nationally and internationally. He consults with manufacturers on the development and evolution of new techniques and materials. Brian was instrumental in the development of the Anatomic bone-based guide and other guide features for 360 Imaging and ITXPROS.
